A rustic restaurant with home-style cooking. The drinkable beer comes from the in-house brewery. Very good quality food and beer. Basically 5 stars could have been given if the service hadn't forgotten us at the beginning.

Gladly also 6 or more stars for the country brewery, its really excellent food and the staff. That used to be down-to-earth home cooking, with an excellent beer and hospitality. In the brewery you can admire a huge collection with everything to do with beer.

Quaint country brewery with delicious beers and a museum worth seeing. Top quality Brauhaus schnitzel with malt breading. I've never been on the fork like this before. Gladly again.

After we ate and drank very well here, we had a negative experience on Sunday: we were there by bike and got a free table outside in the beer garden. Contrary to expectations, we also found coffee, cake and ice cream on the menu. Without being very hungry, we then ordered 2 coffees, an ice cream without cream and a St. cake. There were 2 incredibly thin coffees (here the water had seen a coffee bean four times from a distance) and after a relatively long wait we asked about the ice cream and the strudel. The listless-looking waiter explained when we asked that the order had probably slipped through and as a reparation they would bring us 2 new coffees for the missing items. What came next was a sticky strudel and the ice cream, of course with cream. And only on a 2nd demand, then again a very, very thin coffee. As I said, the previous visits were always satisfactory, but the service probably had a bad day on Sunday. The 2 stars are only due to the good previous experiences.

We were very disappointed with the service. It is now the 2x where the waitress shows no interest in the customer. The first time we had to wait a very long time even though there were no guests and today we had to wait over half an hour for our water and then the order for food was not even taken. No thanks

As always good, only the Ostfriesnbecher was nobody there, the rum raisins were raisins in it but no rum raisins as it was written on. But otherwise it was great food again.

Even when it's very hot, you can sit wonderfully airy in the beer garden behind the house and enjoy freshly prepared delicacies. Here, too, adapted to summer temperatures with "summer breeze" as a type of beer and with fresh vegetables and salads, lighter dishes that are still tasty as usual! The small brewery museum is not spectacular, but informative. Then eat delicious in the restaurant.

Small local brevery with a tiny Biergarten in the summer. Nice brews Bock , dark and a Helles. Good local food too. Great place to stop when in a bike ride or driving towards the cost.
